Aviva Stadium

Earlier known as The Lansdowne Road Stadium that was primarily used for rugby union and association football matches, the stadium was rebuilt in the year 2007 and was renamed as Aviva Stadium. A new and state-of-the-art stadium was constructed with a whopping 51,700 siting capacity. This is one of the oldest international stadiums in the world and the first international rugby match was held here in 1878. Herbert Park

A gorgeous public park, Herbert was named after Sidney Herbert, who offered site to District Council for the development of open green space. The sprawling park features swathe of green lawns, ponds and flower beds and runs along the River Dodder. RDS (Royal Dublin Society)
