I am staying in a serviced apartment in the West End and have noticed that many shops are not open on Sundays? Is this common? I'm used to things being open 7 days a week :)

Hi Tyler - it's a great point! Many places in the USA and other parts of the world can come to expect shops to be open all of the time, however it is common custom for many shops to be closed or operate at reduced times
