Detached villa located at 1 km from the center of the village in a property of 2 ha, 50 m from the owners' house, with no face to face, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, with breathtaking views of the countryside and the town. This rental is a pleasant place for holidays in the heart of the Luberon and conducive to green and cultural tourism.

Surrounded by a private flowered and treed garden of about 1500 sqm with car park, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view from the covered terrace of 13 sqm (Tables, charis and gas barbecue), or let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds and cicadas on the sun loungers in the shade of the protective tarp.

To relax and refresh you will have at your disposal a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol (10m x 5m, depth 1.35m, open from May to September) secured by alarm, shared only with the owners who ensure the daily maintenance.

This single storey house consists of : 1 well-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 dining-living room (closed fireplace, TV, DVD player, media library, internet), 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed in 160 cm, 1 with a double bed in 140 cm, 1 with 2 single beds in 90 cm transformable in a double bed of 180 cm), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet, a laundry room (sink, washing machine, freezer ) and a garage.
Electric heating: flat weekly rate. Sheets and towels included and beds made on arrival. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (payable option). Only 1 animal accepted (less than 20 kg).
