Splendom Midtown is a 19th-century building which has been fully restored and transformed into a set of 30 apartments, from 40 sqm Studios to the 105sqm 3 Bedroom Apartments with a capacity up to 8 people.

With a functional design and retro look, the building maintains the essence of its past thanks to the use of materials such as brick, iron and wood. This gives the fully equipped accommodation a great deal of character which combines freshness and elegance. The perfect place to experience and discover the city in a different way. All apartments have a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room in which to relax and spend time with companions. Some have a balcony and terrace and on the "main" floor, known as the noble floor of the old building, some of the apartments feature high ceilings and large spaces giving them a stately air.

All apartments are equipped with: induction hob, convection oven-microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, linen, hair dryer and bathroom amenities. Room-specific air conditioning. Smart TV in the living room and in all bedrooms. Speakers with Bluetooth connection. For the little ones, Splendom Midtown offers cots, bathtubs and crockery on request.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
