This newly built, large apartment is in a quiet grassland area with good access to the local transport network.

There is a spacious open plan living room with smart flat screen TV with Netflix and the kitchen has integrated appliances. The master bedroom is spacious and is fitted with two single beds that can be zipped and linked to make a super king bed. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with complimentary toileties,towels and heated towel rails. The bedroom is fitted with a wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. Blowdryer is also provided as well as  a safe for ease of keeping your valuables safe. The second bedroom has zip and link beds which can be linked for your comfort upon request. This bedroom has its own bathroom though not ensuite yet still beautifully set with bath tub,shower and toilet.

It comes with 2 front parking spaces.

This apartment is cleaned and disinfected after check out.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
