  • As you enter Progress Grove you will find the Living Room, which features a Smart TV and 2 comfy sofas that also convert to a Double Sofa Bed.
  • Adjacent to the Living Room you will find the Dining Room and the well equipped Kitchen. On the Ground Floor you will also find a Cloakroom with an Iron and Ironing Board and also a Bathroom.
  • Progress Grove also features a Garden that ca be accessed via the Dining Room, that is great for those who have pets.
  • On the First Floor of the property you will find three bedrooms that sleeps 5 guests and two Bathrooms.
  • Bedroom 1 features a double bed with an en-suite Bathroom with a Shower, Toilet and Sink. Bedroom 2 also features a double bed and Bedroom 3 consists of a single bed, all bedrooms have plenty of storage space.
  • The main Bathroom on the First Floor consists of a Bath, Toilet and Sink.
  • Parking is available directly outside Progress Grove, as the property has 2 dedicated parking spaces, any additional vehicles are able to park at the entrance of the street.
