The role will see you involved in the full acquisition lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion. You will also build important relationships along the way with Architects, Developers, Funds, large national and regional residential agencies involved in residential property across London to enhance our current high quality portfolio.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this newly created role will be on identifying, appraising and securing agreed terms on new sites. Hence, you will identify sites and approach developers by conducting primary research on new upcoming property developments and funds, ascertaining who we may be competing with, what we may need to acquire a new development, and attaining interest.

You will appraise each site by understanding profit drivers of each development and convert them into reasonable offers; use your knowledge to negotiate legal terms and review contracts; and be fully comfortable in presenting your proposals to all parties.

Job Description:

 

  •         Implement Python code using OOPs (Object Oriented) concept
  •         Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework - Django, Flask,      

         etc.depending on your technology stack

  •         Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  •         Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
  •         Implementation of security and data protection
  •         Develop product enhancements in the server back-end in the Python/Django stack
  •         Do software design of the product enhancement
  •         Map product requirement to application feature

Desired Candidate Profile:

  •         B.tech, M.Tech or MCA with minimum 65% aggregate
  •         Strong unit testing and debugging skills
  •         Strong knowledge of python libraries, framework and services
  •         Experience in developing with 3-tier web applications/services, REST framework and cloud

         platform

  •         1+years experience as a back-end web developer
  •          Proficiency in at least one modern MVC web development framework

Job description

  •         Handling all aspects of SEO (Search Engine Optimizer), SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  •         Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  •         Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building & keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo & Bing in order to maximize ROI
  •         Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions. Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
  •         Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and SEO reports.
  •         Main focus will be off-page and on-page optimization.
  •         Perform all off-page tasks successfully, including article insertion /press release/directory submissions, RSS feeds, forum postings, blog posts, social bookmarking and commenting on social networks.

  •         Highly energetic with strong verbal and written communication skills
  •         SEO certification from leading Certification providers on SEO highly recommended

Experience in all the top SEO tools including BrightEdge, GetSTAT, DeepCrawl, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  •         Be a player, coach and mentor. Weekly one-on-ones and group meetings are essential to ensure the team is going to be successful; you’ll get your hands dirty with key projects and initiatives as our goal is to build a world class SEO team with leaders
  •         You have managed or worked on Websites that receive more than 1 Million unique visitors per month.
