Job Title: Corporate Agent Reservations Executive
TheSqua.re is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and we are looking for a Property Acquisitions Executive to join our organisation.
This position is responsible for the relationship, development and performance of multiple clients or projects allocated to the role, in line with revenue generating goals and KPIs.
The position will work closely with the Head of Reservations, and with other Thesqua.re internal groups, such as Account Managers, Sales Managers, Guest Service Managers, Market Reservations/Inventory Specialists, Supply Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Management, Account Management and Business Development departments to reinforce the relationship, terms of contract, interface with Client teams for relationship development and issue resolution on a daily basis.
This position requires a customer service focused person with technical knowledge to ensure revenue growth, and the authority to resolve issues. Major focus of the position is to saturate any opportunities for additional revenue growth and bring them forward to the organization for decision-making.
Adhere, lead and oversee compliance for all client contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work etc.)
Implement and manage the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution, platform management and utilization reporting
Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
Implementing client retention plans in line with the greater client services strategy
Oversee all VIP arrivals and coordinate with the operations teams
Actively engage with key clients contact on a regular schedule to build relationship with client and grow relationship
Conduct detailed client analysis to determine opportunities for additional revenue.
Establish and monitor client performance metrics and take necessary action steps to ensure compliance.
Identify industry trends that impact growth and development of your clients. Be active in apartment industry events that can be fostered nationally.
Understand current policies, practices, trends and technology within TheSqua.re to support implementing solutions for managing your clients.
Provide reporting as required by senior management
Gather, analyze, and disseminate client data to assist senior leadership with both opportunity and risk evaluation.
Build relationships internally and externally to maximize opportunities for Thesqua.re growth and market share, make the customer feel valued.
Manage clients within Business Rules and ensure that our internal team follows all terms and conditions within rules and process flows.
Develop and grow account plan; implement account & marketing strategy
Determine customers’ unmet needs and translate internally for adequate follow up
Ability to meet or exceed productivity requirements, measured quarterly and annually
Maintain client-reporting schedules and assist with other duties as directed by Head of Reservations
Arranging client meetings and apartment viewings.
Attend networking events as required.
Key account management.
Communicate effectively with other departments and highlight any problems that arise, working to find solutions.
Maximise every sales opportunity and ensure that revenue targets are met
