We are a leading provider of serviced apartments undergoing a period of fantastic growth, now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us meet our 2017 targets.

Thesqua.re is a fast growing Prop-Tech and Fin-Tech business group based in London and New Delhi. Seven years into the business with three awards for product excellence, the group is now embarking on an ambitious strategy to become a category leader in our businesses across multiple markets in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will use your experience, energy and skill to engage with Senior Managers at large corporations and introduce our services. Your duties as a Business Development Executive will include:

  • Researching & using current generated leads to prospect new clients.

About the role:

We are looking for a new Marketing Manager to own the branding, secure a consistent tone of voice and work closely with the Sales team and CEO to ensure all materials and campaigns are delivered to the highest standard. The role is very broad and the successful candidate will need to manage our Adwords accounts, grow and engage our email database, engage audiences through LinkedIn and regular blog posts, constantly improve and test landing pages and push our benefits and services across platforms.
Further, the Marketing Manager will organise our monthly community events for residents, and manage the in-house designer and developer as well as work closely with our team of marketers and developers in our office in India.

About you:

You will assist the Marketing Manager in all daily marketing strategies in our London office. Main responsibilities include taking responsibility of our corporate blog; creating engaging content targeting corporates and expats in London, working with our Graphic Designer to create innovative creatives and distributing the blog posts efficiently.
