Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Changes to Reservation Dates: Once a Lease Agreement has been executed by both parties, the Client/Guest is responsible for the full terms of the agreement, even in the event of a cancellation or change in move in or move out date. Once notice of cancelation or change in move in or move out date is received, we will make every effort to re-rent theproperty. If the property is re-rented, the Client/Guest will only be responsible for full payment fromheir original move-in date of the agreement until the date the property was re-rented by anotherClient/Guest. For changes to move in or move out dates the client/guest will be charged for theoriginal terms of the contract unless the unit can be re-rented.
