This apartment provides a fully furnished balcony and a large open planned lounge area with a TV and dining table to seat four comfortably. The kitchen is stand alone with a large service window; it is fully fitted to include a coffee machine for your convenience. The apartment contains a 2.5 bathroom. The master bedroom features floor to ceiling fully dressed windows, a double bed and bedside tables with ambient lamp lighting and a desk/dresser unit with wall mounted mirror and stool. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds with side tables, fully dressed windows and desk for your convinience.
It also offers pool views of the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifaand direct access to Dubai's dancing fountain. Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
