This prestigious Villa is built for individuals and families who highly appreciate luxury and the finer things in life. The interior design has been developed harmoniously with the modern and striking architecture of the property with a key focus on openness and maximizing the views through the property to the landscaped garden and lake beyond. From the chefs kitchen, to the formal dining room, to the multiple living areas you will get lost in all the space in this elaborate Villa. Upstairs, accessible by the stairs or built in lift, are six master bedrooms all fitted with our signature hotel grade linen which is so comfy and soft, it will be a struggle getting up in the morning. Each have beautiful marble en suites with rain showers, baths & of course fluffy towels and amenities. Outside there is a lovely seating area around the pool to end your day upon, whilst watching the sun go down and admiring the lake view. There is covered car parking for two and also maids quarters. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
