We are delighted to present this upgraded and fully furnished 4 bedroom Villa on Palm Jumeirah. This beautiful villa comes with a private pool.
Situated on Frond A of Palm Jumeirah, the villa has Atlantis view. Several upgrades have been made inside the home with the most noticeable being the re-designed ground floor bathroom. Externally, the swimming pool sits at the back of the villa next to the steps which lead directly to the private beach and sea.
The main entrance leads into a hallway with a bedroom with home office on the right side and another bedroom in the hallway. The separate living and dining rooms at the rear of the villa make up the remainder of the ground floor. The garage can be directly accessed by a door close to the staircase.
A large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is located at the rear of the upper floor. A balcony is accessible from the master bedroom which provides beautiful views across the sea.

Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
