Every villa has a relaxing sun terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The entire complex is laid out in the traditional Arabic style.

The fully furnished villas are built around the edge of the complex, with all villas having a front door and private covered parking for two cars. The dining room and lounge of each villa overlooks the gardens, having their own terrace. There are patio doors to the lounge and the dining room, allowing all residents very easy access to the rest of the complex. On walking through the front door, there is a large hallway with stairs leading up to the 1st floor landing. The hallway leads through to a large open plan fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and very spacious dining and lounge areas, with enough room to entertain a large number of people. The rooms are bright and airy and have floor-to-ceiling windows. The villas are decorated in light pastel tones, enhanced with colourful soft furnishings and all have light coloured marble floors with colourful scatter rugs throughout. The stairs lead up to a lounge landing area furnished with sofas, chairs and coffee table and lead off to three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk, a plasma television and an extra large bathroom with separate walk-in shower and bath. The further two bedrooms are slightly smaller in size. One has a queen size bed and the remaining one has twin beds. The other three ensuite bathrooms all have a shower over the bath. Each villa is available for families or groups of up to six people sharing. The bedrooms in each villa are also let out to individuals, especially for corporate bookings. All of them are secure with their own locks.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
