This welcoming two bedroom apartment plus maids is bright and colourful resulting in a lovely homely feel. Furnished with blue and soft turquoise with wooden ascents you will feel relaxed the moment you enter. The kitchen is spacious and filled with everything you will need on your vacation to make your daily meals and is also semi open so you can still feel connected to your family and friends while you prepare your meals. The combined living/dining area has a formal table for 4, along with a L shaped lounge and chair, and a big screen smart TV making it the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of your busy day exploring Dubai. In the bedrooms there are 2 Queen sized luxurious beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft. The bathrooms feature Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling fresh all day. The bedrooms and living room also flow out to a large balcony with community views. The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and 1 private on site car parking bay. Please note there is an active construction site next door and the maids room does not have a bed in it. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
