Transportation in Dubai

Although Dubai hasn’t managed to deliver its promise of drone taxis quite yet, visitors to Dubai will find that the city is easy to navigate due to its buses, monorail and tram network. In order to travel on any of the aforementioned modes of public transport, you must use a Nol card - this is a system similar to London’s Oyster Card.
