This luxury apartment  has plenty to offer, with a large open living space located on the renowned island of the Palm Jumeirah. The plush and stylish lounge area of this stunning 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with a curated style, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV and a dining table that seats 8, and a furnished balcony that’s great for that morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for your stay, inclusive of a cooker, washing machine, dish washer (so no washing up!) and coffee machine
for your convenience.

The master bedroom oozes with comfort, from the deluxe double bed and premium bedding, to the fully dressed windows that provide access
to the bedroom’s private balcony. In addition, it is furnished with bedside tables and lamp lighting, a great vanity space and endless storage. The en suite bathroom completes the luxurious feel with a large walk-in shower and his and her sinks. The large second bedroom
is fitted with a large queensized bed, vanity table, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a fitted tub and shower facilities, toilet
and sink area with a large lit mirror.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
