We are delighted to present this upgraded and fully furnished 5 bedroom Villa + Maid room on Palm Jumeirah. This beautiful villa comes with a private pool.
Situated on Frond E of Palm Jumeirah. Several upgrades have been made inside the home with the most noticeable being the re-designed ground floor bathroom. Externally, the swimming pool sits at the back of the villa next to the steps which lead directly to the beach and sea.
The main entrance leads into a hallway with a bedroom with home office on the right side and another bedroom in the hallway. The separate living and dining rooms at the rear of the villa make up the remainder of the ground floor. The garage can be directly accessed by a door close to the staircase.
A large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is located at the rear of the upper floor. A balcony is accessible from the master bedroom which provides beautiful views across the sea. Three more bedrooms complete the first floor, all of them have their own en-suite bathroom and a roof terrace is accessible at the front of the villa from bedroom number four.
