Spacious family home just a minute's walk from the tranquil Pevensey Bay beach. &nbsp; Skip to the Beach sleeps up to eight (maximum six adults) across four bedrooms.With a fabulous, large rear garden, this holiday home also welcomes adult, neutered dogs (supplement applies).A built in BBQ and two outdoor dining sets makes this a great summer escape. &nbsp;There is also plenty of space to relax inside with a large lounge and huge dining conservatory, both with TVs.This comfortable, detached holiday home is a great option for large families needing plenty of space.The ground floor includes a large lounge complete with four sofas - semi split into two halves so you can watch TV at one side and play games, or read a book at the other end. &nbsp;A Sky Q box with internet connection and pre-loaded apps means you can extend your viewing options (don't forget your Netflix log in) and there is a DVD player too.The separate kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils, including a cafetiere. &nbsp;A separate utility room houses a washing machine and fridge, and the main fridge-freezer is in the adjacent dining conservatory.This conservatory is arguably the best room in the house with windows or patio doors providing garden views on three sides. &nbsp;The dining table seats eight and there is another sofa and TV in here.The ground floor also includes a shower room with toilet. &nbsp; Upstairs you have the main bathroom, with a bath and shower over.The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and a whole wall of built in wardrobes - so no need to skimp on your packing. &nbsp;The second bedroom is a double and the third a single.The fourth bedroom includes a single bed and a set of bunkbeds that is suitable for child use only. &nbsp;So this house can sleep up to eight, but only a maximum of six adults please.WiFi is provided, plus linen and towels (bring your own beach towels). &nbsp;There is driveway parking for multiple cars.
