The apartments are professionally cleaned between each stay.   For longer stays, the apartments are cleaned once a week with fresh towels & linen provided.

We provide FREE Wi-Fi and parking, & full kitchen facilities.  A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk supplied free of charge.    

We can arrange groceries or toiletries if requested before arrival, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A cleaning fee will be added to your invoice

We have introduced additional security checks as part of our checking in process.  Please provide copy of your passport or photo driving licence & a photograph of the bank card you are using for payment.  

These documents will be reviewed when we meet you at the address to check you in.  We appreciate your cooperation.

A security deposit of £100 for weekday bookings & £250 for weekend bookings will be added to your invoice. This is fully refundable upon check-out & subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

We do not accept cash, please inform us of expected arrival time.  Check in is 1500 hours and Check out is 1000 hours.    Payment will be collected no later than 7 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
