This residential block is conveniently located a few minutes’ walk to Ipswich’s main line train station, as well as the town centre business, shopping and waterfront areas.

The 3-floor block holds a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex on the upper floors and a studio on the ground floor. Both apartments have good natural light, have been recently refurbished to a good level and come with an allocated parking space at the front of the property. fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and cosy furnishings are a staple of the apartments. 

The building has secure entry via key fob and both apartments share the private entrance hallway, with a further locked door to each apartment.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
