This very large light and airy house is well suited to larger groups or guests wanting space.  There is a driveway for parking your car.  Through the front door and to the right is the downstairs w/c with the stairs to the upper floors in front of you.  Through the next door takes you into the large lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen TV.  Off the lounge is the kitchen/diner where you'll find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar area too.  Through the double patio doors is the patio with seating and super large garden.

Upstairs leads to the first bedroom with comfortable king size bed and flat screen smart TV on the wall.  Next bedroom is another large room with 2 single beds and a trundle bed that pulls out, this room also has an en-suite bathroom.  The next room is a large room with king size bed and flat screen smart TV.  Next is the family bathroom with over shower bath, sink and WC.

On the top floor of the house is the largest bedroom with 2 singles and a trundle bed in addition to an en-suite bathroom and smart TV fitted on the wall.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
