Cancellation Policy

7 days notice is the required length of time to cancel your booking prior to arrival. This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges* For guest in house 7 days is the notice is required to shorten or extend their stay or booking Example of cancellation: If a guest is checking in on the 6th November then gives notice on the 1st November, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge of 1 nights will apply. All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email. Any Security deposits may be requested prior to and or at arrival time, the guest will be made aware of each item and is required to settle theses with the Apartment directly.
