Cancellation Policy
Daily
For a daily reservation (1-6 nights), 72 hours advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the stay plus tax.
For the early departure of a daily in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, a 24 hour advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 24 hours, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of stay plus tax.
Weekly
For a weekly reservation (7-29 nights), a 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 15 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the stay plus tax.
For the early departure of a weekly in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, a 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 15 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of stay plus tax.
Monthly
For a monthly reservation (30+ nights), 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed. If notice is given less than 15 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rent.
