To collect your keys, you can arrange a meet & greet service, or you can collect your keys from Native Monument. To arrange your meet & greet at Native Canary Wharf, please call our property management team via 020 3111 1774. The meet & greet service needs to be arranged no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. The meet & greet location will be at the Native Canary Wharf property itself, South Quay is the nearest station. When you reach South Quay Station, proceed to the road named Millharbour, you'll find us slightly set back in Talisman Tower, which stands on large pillars on the corner of Millharbour and Lighterman's Road. If you would prefer to collect your keys from Native Monument, please come to 14 Lovat Lane, Monument, EC3R 8DT any time after 2pm on your day of arrival to collect your keys. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

For stays between 1 6 nights: 72 hours prior to arrival before 12:00 (midday) London time

For stays between 7 27 nights: 7 days prior to arrival before 12:00 (midday) London time

For stays of 28 nights and more: 14 days prior to arrival before 12:00 (midday) London time
