This spacious 4 bed, 3 bath house is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is ample space for families, work colleagues and professionals alike!
It is located on a tranquil road with easy access to local transport and amenities. It is fully equipped with a large living/dining area, a spacious kitchen with a conservatory that opens out into a spacious family garden and a driveway with parking for up to three cars.
There are four spacious bedrooms, two with en-suites and a large main bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and features a built-in wardrobe with an en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom has ample space and views of the garden and an additional en-suite. Bedroom three comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobes with bedroom four equipped with a single bed. The main bathroom includes a built-in shower over bath and non-slip floor tiles. There is double glazing throughout which provides excellent soundproofing.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
