This luxury private development of only two boutique serviced apartments is in an enviable location near the River Thames in the heart of London’s South West. The first apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the larger second apartment has 3 double bedrooms ideal for those travelling with their family or as a larger party. The immediate area is largely residential making life here peaceful and secure.

 The renovations have been a wild success both structurally and aesthetically. The product; two spacious superior specification apartments, contemporary and stylish boasting elegant suites in the kitchen and bathroom. The neutral palette throughout keeps the space light and bright.


Hammersmith has broad transport connections with a super regular bus network and access to the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines on the Underground. The Riverside location makes alfresco dining something of an institution. Maritime inspired pubs punctuate the river with landscaped gardens designed to take in the views over a pint or two. In fine weather the locals flock for the best seats in the house. Award-winning River Café has a changing seasonal menu in colourful unstuffy surroundings. A tow path follows the banks of the Thames providing locals a picturesque route for a Sunday afternoon stroll or Monday morning run.
