Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Early Departure Policy

Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by Allstay at the time of booking.
For reservations of: 6 nights duration or less, then 3 days notice of cancellation will be required. 7 to 28 nights, then 7 days notice of cancellation will be required.
29 to 89 nights, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required.
90 +nights, then 21 days notice of cancellation will be required if booking the 29-89 Rate. 90 + Rate will be non refundable for the first three months (90 nights). Thereafter the 21 days notice will apply.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges as detailed below.
Please note in the case of non arrival the booking will be treated as cancelled and the below charges would apply.

Cancellation and Early Departure Charges

The difference between the notice required above and the notice provided will be charged as Cancellation or Early Departure fees respectively.
Should the early departure make the length of the stay shorter than the minimum required to have the original rate quoted; rates will be adjusted from the first night to the correct price range as outlined in this agreement.
