Hayes is a town in West London, situated 13 miles west of Charing Cross. Historically in Middlesex, Hayes became part of the London Borough of Hillingdon in 1965.

The apartments are located in the newly built High Point Village, 5 minutes from Heathrow Airport and just over 30 minutes from the West End in London. I was on a business trip to London for a month. Stayed at this apartment for the entire month and it almost felt like I was staying at home. The station was a quick walk away from the apartment and the leisure centre was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Got no issues to complain about. Excellent staff and services.

Good service and very spacious and well-maintained apartment. No problem or dysfunctioning of amenities and appliances. The staff did the maintenance alternate days and replaced the linens regularly. Best feature of this place is its location which is undoubtedly the best. You are in Central London and everything seemed to close by. The tube station was 4 minutes of walking which made it really easy to get around in London. The manager was a sweet chap and gave us a coupon for drinks at the Bridge, Bar and Lounge Pub. A sweet gesture I must say! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment with excellent service staff who were extremely helpful. I especially loved the location as it is only 5 minutes from the Heathrow airport and extremely central to everything in London. My apartment building was a part of a residential estate which had everything from a supermarket and a secure personalized entry system. Also, it is a minute’s walk to the Hayes & Harlington tube station- which was great as I was on a trip to explore London. Very well kept too.

I stayed for 3 weeks in the studio apartment here and I was very impressed with the level of perfection these guys at strived to keep! From early check-in, assistance with moving in, the condition of the apartment- which practically looked new, to the stocked kitchen with all utensils- I loved the amenities. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly well, hence I got a lot of time to work from the apartment and had more time to stay in. The décor is very contemporary yet vibrant. Loved the overall feel of the place, and it was hard to believe that I got so much for so less! Very satisfied.

Very good stay for me and my family members. Thank you so much! The apartment was dusted and wiped clean before we checked-in, with a sweet aroma in the place. We checked corners and linens- and everything was in order. This pleased me in the first place. During the course of stay, we never had any issues in terms of the amenities. The maintenance was prompt and they would do a good job at it. The area especially is very nice and quite uptown. The reservation expert gave accurate information on the distance between the airport and this apartment- and it wasn’t far off at all! Lots of good restaurants and utility stores around. Travelling around is quite simple as the Hayes tube station is just two-three minutes away from the place. Loved the experience. Good value for money.

Thank you for such an excellent stay! I personally don’t think there’s a better accommodation than this apartment since it is only 5 minutes away from the Heathrow Airport. Plus, very well equipped kitchen, good and maintained apartment. Worth every penny spent! Also, there’s some amazing restaurants in the vicinity like- Caviar House& Prunier- try the salmon there. The neighbourhood will really excite an architecture enthusiast with some really Neo-Palladian structures and monuments! Exciting stay, I must say.

Value for money, very spacious and clean. Great décor and only 2 minutes walk to the tube station. Also, closest to the Heathrow Airport. I have stayed twice in the same apartment, and I was very pleased with both my stays.
