Area info

Kensington is synonymous with London’s great museums. The famous T-Rex at The Natural History Museum (NHM) pulls crowds during the day, but our eyes light up after dark. Both the NHM and Science Museums host a series of adult only ‘late’ events throughout the summer including live comedy and interactive exhibits fuelled by themed cocktails and canapés.

As a result of these bountiful crowd-pleasers, the restaurants along the Cromwell Road tend to be fairly chaotic. We recommend strolling a little further towards Gloucester Road and Kensington High street where you’ll be spoilt for choice among fine French bistros like L’Etranger and Mersault, modern British gastropubs like Launceston Place, the Ivy Kensington Brasserie or Coco Momo and chic rooftop cocktail terraces. Peruse the vintage clothes racks and street book vendors of Portobello Road, London’s favourite independent cinema the Electric and the exclusive boutiques and galleries of Westbourne Grove.

Gloucester Road tube station just across the road so you can be on the Piccadilly Line in minutes. And with Victoria train station only 3 miles away, the Gatwick Express will have you at the airport in 30 minutes.

Loved the stay. Ideal location, Great servicing, and maintenance. Beautiful interiors and classy feel to it. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean, spacious and very well-maintained. The service staff was so helpful with my luggage, as I had a lot of them. Plus, the check-out was also very smooth and well-done. Excellent location, as you would take only 3 minutes to board the tube! Plus, the apartment is also in a great neighbourhood with a lot of good restaurants- my favourite being ‘W8’.

I was looking for a hotel in Kensington, but all the places I found were overpriced and also not value for money. Then, I came across service apartments by on Facebook- courtesy a brilliant blog by Went onto their website, and saw numerous options in the neighbourhood of Kensington alone. Large and spacious, quite airy and open, tastefully furnished, completely equipped kitchen with utensils, plus the Wi-Fi was also very good- which we all know can be a bummer. The service staff promptly cleaned the place, replaced linen, also replenished the beverage condiments. Plus, the manager had excellent knowledge about London, and he guided me extremely well. Loved my time here, as the apartment was so quiet, and had a beautiful balcony as well to lounge in! Recommended!

I had stayed for a week in this apartment. USP of the apartment is its proximity to the Gloucester Road station- hence travelling was a piece of cake. Also, spacious, lots of natural light and airy, very well-maintained, polite staff and had a secure entry system as well. I loved the place! Highly recommended to all.

On Business to London, I happened to check-in to this serviced apartment which my assistant had booked for me. I was quite reluctant to stay in a serviced apartment, as I had always stayed in hotels. But, I was so pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Spacious, very well-maintained, contemporary décor with classy Furniture-Basically, an apartment where I can host an evening for my clients. I did! And everyone praised the place as well. The Manager was very polite and helpful and helped with a bunch of concierge services. The servicing of the apartment was done twice a week, but they did replace all linen regularly. Best in terms of location as it very close to the Gloucester Road station for those who would want to use the tube. Plus, it was right in the heart of South Kensington, which was a great neighbourhood. I visited the National History Museum for an evening comedy show, and also visited the famous- Clarke’s restaurant- which instantly became a favourite! Loved the stay and very keen to book with for my next trip. Thanks, guys!

I travel a lot and most of my business trips are to London. It was the first time that my office booked an apartment for me in South Kensington. I loved the apartment location from where my office was just a few walks away. All the rooms were nicely done and beautifully decorated with sophisticated furniture and furnishings. I stayed there for a week and was absolutely delighted to get help from the 24-hour concierge service whenever required. A big thanks to the entire team for making my stay comfortable and relaxing!

My stay with in south Kensington was really good. It was lovely little apartment with a compact kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved cooking the food. Will suggest it to my friends and family.
