The home is located in Angel, a charming region of North London with as many cute bakeries as trendy bars. You’ll be enjoying a mixture of the original, vintage style decor and flooring, coupled with some extremely tasteful new furniture and designs. The living room features a mantelpiece, oiled, dark wooden floors, and twin windows looking out onto street level. The kitchen is well-sized and equipped with all the facilities you’ll need to enjoy a quiet night in cooking, or a lazy morning brunch. The master bedroom comes equipped with a large wardrobe, ideal for travellers enjoying a long stay with many items of clothing, while the other two bedrooms are well-sized and give a great view of the streets below. There are two bathrooms, one of which is especially unique, with a keyhole-shaped tub, and dedicated shower section, as well as a large sink - ideal for soaking after a long day. Additionally, there is a private terrace garden, with outdoor sofas and tables so that you can enjoy the occasional meal or drink outdoors, or just cosy up with a blanket and a book on a warm evening. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also offers a spacious balcony, ideal to relax during warm weather days.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that this apartment/house is up for sale and as such the supplier has the right to show the property to prospective buyers.

The apartment/house must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10 am, except Sundays and the day of the check out. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays.

We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.

The client will not have to leave the house for viewings.

20 per person voucher for a breakfast/lunch/dinner on the viewing day if the client decides to leave the house.

14 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.

This is for 1-27 nights bookings in order to avoid charges.

28 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.

This is for 28+ nights bookings in order to avoid charges.

For guests in the house, cancellation is usually not accepted unless for specific situations.

For guests in the house, extensions are subject to availability.

All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
