This spacious and beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of Shepherd's Bush and a few minutes away from Holland Park. It comes with modern furniture and appliances and it features two double bedrooms and a private garden. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This lovely apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. It’s located on the lower ground floor and it comes with a garden, ideal to relax on warm weather days. It features an open space living area with a dining table, a sofa and armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. Both bedrooms come with comfortable double beds and storage space. The bathroom is clean and neat and features a bathtub. There is also an additional toilet room for added convenience. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
Please note that this apartment/house is up for sale and as such the supplier has the right to show the property to prospective buyers.
The apartment/house must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10 am, except Sundays and the day of the check out. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays.
We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.
The client will not have to leave the house for viewings.
