The cosy west-facing living area makes this home a great place to relax with friends or family after a long day exploring London. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

 

This 2-bed in the heart of London has been beautifully renovated with a modern interior, whilst still exuding classic London charm! Bright, airy, trendy - this truly special home offers an incredibly contemporary indoor space for you and your friends or family. The home comes with 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. The living room has been stylishly designed with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. To top it off, the living room faces south so you will have an abundance of light throughout the day. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities. There are 2 bedrooms - one main bedroom and one smaller bedroom which has a sofa bed. Both maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, the home has a lush bathroom equipped with a large bath. Lastly, the home also has a study, in case you need to get some work done during your stay. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen.

 

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that this apartment/house is up for sale and as such the supplier has the right to show the property to prospective buyers.

The apartment/house must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10 am, except Sundays and the day of the check out. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays.

We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.

The client will not have to leave the house for viewings.

20 per person voucher for a breakfast/lunch/dinner on the viewing day if the client decides to leave the house.

14 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.

This is for 1-27 nights bookings in order to avoid charges.

28 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.

This is for 28+ nights bookings in order to avoid charges.

For guests in the house, cancellation is usually not accepted unless for specific situations.

For guests in the house, extensions are subject to availability.

All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
