Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to midday (UK time) on the day of arrival, and received by email. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline.
If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours, or fails to arrive, 2 nights will be charged and is non-refundable.
Cancellations are not permitted for Prepay and Save bookings.
