In the last 5 years I worked in the Customer Experience department for a luxury fashion brand where I led a 24/7 global team of up to 50 people. I was accountable for ensuring service excellence was provided to all our customers and achieved a revenue of 2M in sales and achieving high standard KPIs through a multi channel call centers.
I love travelling and the best journey of my life was in Peru where I reached Machu Picchu site.
