TheSquare accepts credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment arrangements for corporate housing are also available, including bank transfers.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking after confirming, but our cancellation policy will apply to cancellations. The policy terms vary depending on the specific property and location, but as long as the required notice is provided, a full refund will be made on cancellations. If you want to modify your booking, contact our reservations team at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your requirements in detail and see whether we can accommodate the change.

How far are the apartments from Miami International Airport?

Accepted Answer

We have Miami apartments that are around 10 minutes’ drive from Miami International Airport. Our apartments in Wynwood are a 10-minute drive, while our South Miami and Downtown apartments are around 15 minutes from the airport. Our apartments in Miami Beach are a little further but take less than 30 minutes to drive from the airport in usual traffic.

What's the check-in and check-out process like?

Checking in and checking out is straightforward and instructions will be emailed to you shortly before your trip. The check-in process generally involves collecting your key using a lockbox or for some apartments you will be met with a greeter who will provide you with your key. Check-in times are usually 3pm and check-out times are usually 11am.
When checking out, you will simply return the keys to the lockbox, drop-box or reception area, as instructed in your email.

Are utilities (electricity, water, internet) included in the price of furnished apartments in Miami?

Yes, your rental price includes a weekly housekeeping visit with the option to pay for additional cleaning if required.

Yes, our family-friendly apartments are spacious enough to add a cot, crib or single bed for children. If you would like an extra bed or cot/crib, get in touch with our reservations team and we can arrange for one to be set up ready for your arrival.
