It features a large and fully equipped dining area, with a table for four people and a full kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-rings stove, Fridge and Freezer, washing machine), a comfortable living area with a sofa and a spacious mezzanine with a double bedroom. The building is a typical "casa di ringhiera" and has a small shared patio (with a table and chairs) and a beautiful communal courtyard, for this reason it is also very quiet.
