Monthly Rentals in London

We had a wonderful apartment in Wembley. Lots of space, very clean and ultra modern. Everything still looked like new. Kitchen appliances and washing machine in top condition. The building and the grounds around it were also very well maintained. Check-in and check-out absolutely problem-free. Many thanks also to Aman Mathur for the great service. If we ever visit Wembley again, these apartments will be our first choice.

The apartment is in good location, in Shoreditch. The building is new with a gym with ample equipment. Cleaners come once a week and the cleaning could be done better.

We rented their 3 bedroom flat and the place was spacious. My 2yo son and his 7yo cousin were able to play at the living and dining area. Their terrace was big also and has a nice view. Amenities were complete. We stayed for 8 days and someone cleaned the flat on the 5th day. Mr. Prateek replies to all our needs as soon as he can. Michael showed us the flat and gave instructions on the appliances and was very accommodating. The area was also safe and clean. It’s accessible to fast food restaurant and supermarkets.

Excellent experience - short term let in central London, well located, the apartment was in a fantastic condition with all the amenities that you would expect. It was very clean and well kept and everything was in working order. The team were responsive whenever there were issues. The only negative was that the electronic locking system malfunctioned 3 times during my first week and I was locked out of my apartment on 3 occasions, twice late at night. This was very inconvenient - eventually the maintenance team replaced the lock with a key lock so I had no further issues. Would recommend.

Our stay at the 4 Eardley Crecent was as advertised. We could not have asked for a better location to be travel into and out of London for our visit. The apt was clean with everything new and freshly painted. It contained all the amenities of a studio apt with a kitchenette. Under the care of Rahul Bharati, the concierge, we were able to check in with relative ease after a short delay sorting out access. The continued support, services and timely response left us feeling we were in safe hands. We would rebook with this organization on our next return.

Great location within easy walking distance to buses and the underground. The management company (especially Amit Chandler) was very responsive, helpful, pleasant, and flexible. The custodian (Rahul Bharati) did a great job making certain the apartment was clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great shape. That said this apartment needs some attention. The inside of the microwave was corroded so badly that we were reluctant to use it. The baseboards under the refrigerator and sink kept falling down. The comforter and carpeting were stained. The sofas were very worn. Overall, we did have a very pleasant stay there.
