This furnished apartment in East Village comfortably accommodates seven guests. The master bedroom suite offers a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a view of the ancient Sea phora tree in our garden. The light-filled second bedroom offers two high-quality twin beds, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The smallest third bedroom enjoys a serene garden view and sleeps two guests in a comfortable double bed. One guest can sleep comfortably on the daybed in the upstairs living area. The modern, glass and marble bathroom is equipped with a high-pressure shower, a hairdryer, a large bathtub and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has honey maple wood cabinets with black granite counters and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
