This welcoming home offers a comfortable and large living space, great views, a brilliant location to get around Oxford and enough space for all your guests. The modern furniture and great art will make you feel right at home in Oxford. Please note the trampoline in the photos has been removed and will not be available. This warm and welcoming home is equipped with a lot of modern furniture and appliances. It benefits from a lot of space and comfortable living areas. Its location means it’s close to many of Oxford’s attractions, bars, shops and restaurants. The cosy living room is located on the ground floor next to the dining area. It’s the perfect place to rewind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford, working, studying or even some retail therapy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need and ready for you to use it. The home also comes with a rear garden, ideal to relax during warmer weather days. All bedrooms can comfortably sleep 2 guests each and come with one king bed, one double bed, 2 single beds, and one bunk bed. The bathroom is clean and neat and features a bathtub. There is also a toilet room for added convenience. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the homes is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife.
Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.

Cancellation Policy
“14 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.
This is for 1-27 nights bookings in order to avoid charges.
28 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.
This is for 28+ nights bookings in order to avoid charges.
For guest in house, cancellation is usually not accepted unless for specific situations.
For guest in house, extensions are subject to availability.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.”
