Located on the first floor of the building, this serviced apartment is in proximity to the famous and beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and the grand Val de Grace Church. The stunning 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, completely furnished and appointed with classic furniture, making it an ideal place for up to six people. To ensure a peaceful stay, the French windows are double glazed.

The beautifully decorated living room has an open balcony wherein two garden seats and a coffee table is placed so that you can sip your tea and enjoy the majestic views of Church of the Val de Grâce and the Institute of Art and Archaeology from the other side. The big living room looks amazing as it is furnished with a stylish couch, a coffee table and a flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player.

The bedroom that overlooks the street is the major attraction in the apartment, furnished with queen size double bed, few closets and a small desk. To make sure the bedroom stays quiet the room has double-glazed windows with electric shutters.  Toilet and bathroom are separate, and the open kitchen in the hall room is equipped with all modern facilities like microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and cooking items for your convenience.

It was our first trip to Paris and we were looking for an apartment that would serve as an alternative to our home in a new city. This is what the apartment offered. Central location, nice locality, in vicinity to the famous Luxembourg Garden and great markets from where we bought our groceries. The rooms are big and most importantly clean. Will visit again next year!
