4 Bedroom Apartment in Opera with Balcony

Description

Located in the 9th Arrondissement an architectural wonderland and home to and often subject for many artists during the impressionist period in the late 19th Century; Théodore’s Dome enjoys stunning views and typically Parisian features. This is an incredible centrally-located apartment that will allow you to see many of the city’s sights on foot. Just around the corner from Gare Saint Lazare you’re also in a great spot to hop on the Metro.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a very secure classic Haussmann apartment building with a lift. The spacious entrance hall has two large closets for storage and through the regal double doors you’ll find the main living space. A bright room split into a dining area with space to sit eight and a comfortable coach area with TV. Gorgeous French doors lead you outside to the showpiece of this apartment; a large sun-deck with views skimming the grey-topped Haussmann roofs across to Église de la Trinité built as part of the 19th Century beautification and renovation of Paris.

This side of the apartment hosts one bedroom with queen size bed, two wardrobes for storage and ensuite with walk-in shower. Here there is also a spacious communal bathroom with a bath tub and walk-in shower. Finally you’ll find the bright well-equipped kitchen that also has French doors leading onto the stunning sun-deck.

At the other side of the apartment you’ll find the three remaining bedrooms. Each brightly and simply decorated, with bold prints on sumptuous fabrics at the windows, quirky accessories and modern wall-art. The three rooms each have floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a 7m balcony that overlooks the Parisian street below. All the windows in the apartment are double-glazed making for a peaceful night’s sleep. The first of the three bedrooms has a large closet and two single beds that can go side-by-side to make a double. The next bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The final bedroom (fourth in total) features a queen size bed, a dressing room and an ensuite with walk-in shower.

 

 


Area info

The 9th Arrondissement is a pretty and popular area. Inspiring ÉdouardManet and Claude Monet, among others, to create their famous depictions of Gare Saint Lazare in the late 19th Century, today the area benefits from an abundance of brasseries, boulangeries and boutiques. Close to the main shopping haunts of Bouleverd Haussmann and Avenue des Champs-Élysées you’re never too far away from your favourite brands.

Take a stroll towards leafy and picturesque 1st Arrondissement. A serene district of tranquil waterscapes and symmetry; here you’ll find Musée de Louvre, ComédieFrançaise, Jardin des Tuileries, Chanel’s favouritePalais Royal (home of the Galeriesnationales and Palais de la Découverte – an interactive science museum) and of course the River Seine. Cross over to La Rive Gauche to enjoy a coffee (or why not a glass of champagne) on the sun-terraces of fashionable Saint-Germain then head west for the Eiffel Tower.

Gare Saint Lazare Metro station 0.2 miles away services four lines (3,12,13,14) making you very well connected. Whether you’re in Paris to work, rest or play the 9th Arrondissement is a great place to start.

Mesmerised by the Kitchen.. It was a short strip that me and my family took to France. We came to stay at this apartment, and beside the fully-equipped apartment, my whole family was mesmerised by the beautiful kitchen.
