Recently renovated and blessed by heaps of natural light, this home promises comfort and tranquillity. Spend mornings perched on one of the balconies, coffee cup in hand, enjoying leafy views of the courtyard below. After busy days exploring the city, return to the open-plan living space, where a cosy lounge, equipped kitchen and large dining table beckon you to relax in the splendour of your surroundings.

A 2nd floor abode, this Parisian charm is truly marvelous with 80 square meters, the apartment offers a substantial living space with balcony to enjoy your morning coffees with a book in hand. There is a table and a chair present here to relax on. The living room is adjacent to the balcony and provides two sofas, arm chairs and a designer coffee table. The dining area is right across from here with a table for 6 where you can have a little get together with your friends and have a lovely time over wine & dine. The kitchen is open yet separate and is equipped with modern amenities.

The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed with a sofa and an arm chair. There is another balcony that can be accessed from here. The apartment also offers a dressing area and a separate bathroom.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the rue de Grenelle. This street of the 7th is known for the quality of its stores and restaurants. You will find not only excellent stores but also a very Parisian and “bourgeoise” atmosphere. The Eiffel Tower is just a few minutes away by foot, as well as the Invalides.Known for its bourgeouise atmosphere and exquisite eateries, foodies in particular will love this peaceful pocket of Paris. Here, you're a two minute stroll from the beloved Rue Clair, known for its tempting tangle of specialty cafés, bakeries and delicatessens. Spend mornings ambling this quaint carpet of cobblestones, rubbing shoulders with the locals before heading home to feast on your findings.

The area is very well served by public transportation (Station “La Tour Maubourg” and “Ecole Militaire” on line 8 are less than 5 minutues walking distance).

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
