A thirteen-minute walk from the Dame de Fer and a short walk to Musse D'Orsay and Eiffel, you can enjoy the tree caped streets of the 7th arrondissement. This home is perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing of the city of lights.

The apartment is located on a 19th century building and accommodates 4 guests. The apartment is very modern and provides 21st century vibes. The spacious living room has two French windows that help the apartment remain bright and airy. The living room is quite spacious and has a comfortable couch with designer coffee table. The dining for four is right next the sofa where you can enjoy home cooked meals from your very own modern kitchen located across the sofa.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment both equipped with double beds. The shower room and the WC are separate for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
