The Apartment is located on the 1st floor , upon entering you will met by the living room , has a double glazed window facing courtyard , The dining table for 4 to 6 people with double sofa bed, coffee table, TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, Induction hob, microwave, washer, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen utensils, built-in shelves, built-in wall closet.
The Master bedroom is contiguous to the bathroom 1 and has a queen size bed with
built-in wall closet, hard wood floor, the second bedroom has a double glazed window facing courtyard and is equipped with double sofa bed.
First bathroom which is contiguous to the bedroom 1, is equipped with a washbasin, shower, built-in shelves and has a separate Toilet also.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
