The tall glass windows that take up most of the living room from wall to wall welcomes bright, natural light that emanates throughout the whole apartment. You also see a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. There is also A/C throughout which is a rarity in Paris. The living room of this apartment features a comfortable sofa-bed (folds out into a queen size bed), a coffee table, flat-screen cable TV, phone service and fast wifi. Not too far away from the living room is a fully-furnished kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. There is also a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer available for your use in the apartment. The bedroom in this apartment has a queen size bed as well as plenty of closet space. There are blackout rolling shutters to block light or for privacy. The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
