This apartment located on rue de Montmorency in the 3rd arrondissement between the Museum of Arts et Metiers and the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg), in the famous Marais district is ideal for a getaway in the heart of the center of Paris. This home is perfect for couples, large families and business travelers. Located on a historic rue du Marais known for its workshops and art galleries and for being home to one of the oldest houses in Paris. This 6 Bedrooms, apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century building. stepping in to look around the decor you'll notice flamboyant furnishings, an industrial-chic dining area and funky wallpaper from room to room – we really loved how the bohemian neighborhood outside is reflected in the unique design. For those who are working during their stay, you'll find a dedicated office space with natural light pouring in, which makes for an uplifting spot to get your head down. The Apartment sleeps up to 13 people. It is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV, a TV, high speed internet access, landline and a DVD player. Once the booking is confirmed on Homelike the landlord will contact you in order to pay the deposit and if chosen extras. Please note that the deposit and extras need to be paid within 48 hours otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
