The apartment faces the elegant "Ecole de Médecine" – which offers a lovely scene viewed from the apartment’s windows. The apartment is near to the Seine and many of Paris' major attractions. The apartment accommodates 4 guests and offers a terrace to enjoy the sumptuous atmosphere of Paris. The apartment consists a spacious living room offering two sofas, a big designer coffee table and a flat screen TV. The apartment is bright and feels much more spacious due to its big ceiling to floor French windows.

The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare healthy meals. The bedrooms are big and spacious. they also have French windows and are bustling with natural light.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
