Treat yourself to the ultimate luxury in Paris: a flat with a window or terrace view of the Eiffel Tower, the abiding symbol of France. It’s impossible to tire of such a sight, particularly at nightfall when the Eiffel Tower sparkles under the Parisian sky.Living in a flat with a view of the Eiffel Tower is a privilege reserved for the lucky few.

There’s no two ways about it – we cannot start describing this apartment without first mentioning its breathtaking, up-close view of the Eiffel Tower. Set within a quaint courtyard just a three-minute walk from the base of this iconic iron giant, you’re pretty much neighbours. But you can get acquainted with this monument in due course, as the home itself offers yet more incredible sights.

After ascending the staircase with its Persian-style carpeting, or taking a ride up in the vintage lift, entering your fifth-floor apartment feels like stepping into a word-class gallery. We were speechless upon seeing the grand lounge, with high ceilings, sumptuous floral sofas, and an elegant dining table with cocktail-ready facilities. As you wander in awe around this space, you’ll also come across thick wooden columns, golden doorways, and South-East Asian statues – eclectic, boho luxe at its absolute finest.

Each bedroom has its own unique colour scheme, along with antique furniture and striking artworks. You'll have to draw straws over who gets the Eiffel Tower view though (we simply had to mention it again). After freshening up in a stylish, brushed concrete bathroom, head back to the lounge and open up the French windows to your balcony. Take a seat next to your famous neighbour for a champagne brunch – you are in Paris after all.

There are a couple of stairs to navigate before you can access the lift (the space in the lift is also quite limited)

The entrance to the building is shared with other residents, not private to your home

Private parking is unavailable, but the Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel station is just six minutes away on foot

There is no dedicated workspace, but plenty of laptop-friendly spots

Laundry facilities are not available, but you can stroll to a nearby launderette

Two of the bedrooms share an interconnecting bathroom, while the other has its own en-suite

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
