This 85 SQM apartment is located on the 2nd floor, upon entering you will met by the living room which has double glazed windows facing street with dining table for 4 people, A/C, sofa, coffee table, cable, TV, phone, armchair, decorative fireplace, hard wood floor.

The Kitchen is equipped with  a bar with 2 bar stools, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas burner, extractor hood, combo oven-microwave, washer, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

The Master bedroom also has tv and a king size bed with TV, DVD, built-in wall closet, chest of drawers and bedsides tables also.

The Second bedroom is more like a study room but has a murphy bed, which can be converted into a cozy bedroom.

The bathroom is equipped with : washbasin, bathtub with showerhead, toilet.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
