This furnished duplex apartment offers the biggest mélange of space and comfort with its three bedrooms, a lovely entrance hall, plush living room, and an extra room nestled on the upper floor. The building dates to the 19th century and offers an elevator and security code as well. The apartment can comfortably accommodate six occupants while coming with facilities like a dryer, dishwasher, washer, television, bed linen and towels, microwave, cable, and Wi-Fi. 

The comfortable entrance hall goes to the first and third bedrooms while the living room, second bedroom and kitchen lie on the upper floor. The living room comes with five windows facing the lovely Seine River and Notre Dame as well. There is also a dining table that can easily accommodate six people in comfort. The kitchen gets all the appliances necessary for daily living. The bedroom faces the iconic cathedral and comes with three double glazed windows as well. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
