Nestled in a road just parallel to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées, this four-bedroom family apartment couldn't be much closer to the action. We were particularly drawn to the large open-plan communal area with its large oak dining table and modern and minimalist living room - both ideal for winding down after meandering through the streets of Paris. Although the kitchen isn't as high spec as the rest of the apartment, the spacious but cosy bedrooms more than make up for it with their high ceilings and sumptuous marble fireplaces.

With flowing drapery and wooden paneling, our local interior designer has created a baroque-inspired space. Sculpted fireplaces, an upstairs study, and even a hammock are among this apartment’s many surprises. A private balcony looks out on the neighborhood’s magnificent architecture, and mirrors reflect the natural light from the windows. A fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for in-house dining. Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine.

A 5-minute drive or 12-minute walk brings you to the historic Arc de Triomphe, the Grand Palais, and the Place de la Concorde, a monumental public square. The Franklin Roosevelt and St. Philip du Roule Metro stations are within a 5-minute walk.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
